The BIOQUANT SCAN Add-on supports the scanning, viewing, analysis, and sharing of large digital images created from glass tissue slides or welled plates.

• BIOQUANT SCAN has complete hardware control from within the software for the BIOQUANT OSTEOIMAGER automated scanning microscope.

• Additionally, the KIT 3 and KIT 4 Microscope Upgrade Kits support BIOQUANT SCAN.

Quick visual setup for scanning up to 8 sections on 4 slides or up to 96 wells.
1000 megapixel resolution

Create images with over 1000 megapixel resolution with 0.5 micron resolution.

Complete hardware control

Change the objective lens, turn light sources on or off, move the stage, and capture images all from a unified software application.

Export images to standard formats

Save primary image data in uncalibrated formats like TIF for digital supplements, BMP, or in the calibrated BIF format for data interchange with collaborators. Save analyzed images with measurement tracings to SVG format to show others exactly what and where you measured.
