Technical Service Plans

BIOQUANT systems receive 3 months of complimentary Technical Services. You can extend that to a full year or add additional years. Of course, we will always help you solve hardware issues or if the software doesn't open, even without a Technical Service Plan.

Technical Service Plans is designed for those who would like ongoing training, template design, priority support, and upgrades packed with time saving features and new protocol support.

Technical Service Plans are optional for academic laboratories. They are required for core laboratories and commercial facilities.

Live One to One Training

  • Receive one to one training via Zoom remote desktop sharing.

  • Sign up for training slots with the online scheduler. The scheduler will remind you of your training date and time and send you a Zoom link.

  • Let us train new students in the lab.

  • Quickly learn the latest tools to speed up your data collection.

Archive of Recorded Training Videos

  • All trainings are recorded and posted to the lab's space at archive.bioquant.com.

  • Build a comprehensive library of training materials unique to the lab.

Priority Technical Support

  • Get problems solved quickly.

  • Keep your system running smoothly.

  • Let us coordinate any hardware repair issues.

  • Office Hours: 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Plus after hours by appointment, especially for our International labs.

Protocol Design Consultation

  • Learn best practices for new projects.

  • Get help creating customized analysis templates for your projects.

  • Receive video tutorials of your new protocols using your images.

Annual Software Upgrades

  • Accelerate current protocols.

  • Add new tools.

Web-based Data Exchange Platform

  • Use space in our image archive archive.bioquant.com to securely store and exchange image data with colleagues.
