BIOQUANT Scanning Microscopes
The BIOQUANT Slide Scanners are inverted microscopy systems for the automated imaging of both histological sections and cell cultures. They scans both histology sections and cell cultures. A motorized nosepiece allows them to scan with 4X, 10X, 20X, or 40X objectives. They scans in brightfield, multi-channel fluorescence, polarized light, or darkfield.
The OSTEOIMAGER is designed specifically for bone biology applications.
The BIOIMAGER is designed for life science applications.
Microscope Upgrade Kits
Additionally, BIOQUANT provides Microscope Upgrade Kits that enable you to see the live image from your existing microscope in the BIOQUANT software.
Different options are provided that depend on your budget and analysis needs.
Live Image Measurement with Simple Image Stitching
A simple solutions allows you to seeing the live image from the microscope in BIOQUANT with no field to field tracking. However, the included Jenoptik GRYPHAX software provides simple manual image stitching.
Adding a Manually Encoded Stage
With a manually encoded stage, BIOQUANT can track whenever you move the stage and can prevent duplicate measurement on overlapping fields. It also enable manual image stitching from within BIOQUANT.
Adding a Motorized Stage
The most comprehensive solutions support BIOQUANT SCAN, which enables you to scan your entire slide into a very large, high resolution image. This calibrated image can be analyzed at high resolution at different zoom levels with the BIOQUANT Image Navigator, which acts as a virtual microscope.
